| Birth Certificate: | NEW PLAYERS MUST BRING A COPY OF THEIR BIRTH CERTIFICATE. |

| Uniforms: | This will be a new 2 year cycle for uniforms. Samples of our Nike uniform will be available try on. Uniform Cycle ends in 2020. An email will be sent out at the end of June with instructions for ordering your Nike uniform through Soccer.com. | ||
